Yes. All transactions on the platform — including deposits via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe — are governed by these terms. Specific payout timelines and processing rules for each payment method are set out in the Payments section of the full terms.

We can update terms at any time, but we will notify you via email or an in-platform message before major changes take effect. The revision date at the top of the terms page always reflects the most recent update, so you can check it at any visit.

If you do not accept a revised version of these terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through live chat or email. We will process your closure request and return any eligible balance according to the withdrawal conditions in place.

Start by contacting live chat with your account ID and a description of the dispute. If the matter is not resolved at that stage, you can escalate in writing to our legal contact address in the Help Centre. We aim to acknowledge formal disputes within 48 hours.

Account access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. You must meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Registration section of the full terms. We may ask for identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility.

Email our support team from the address linked to your account and request a data export. Include your account ID in the message. We will compile and send your data within seven working days, in a readable format, at no charge.

These terms are subject to the applicable jurisdiction as stated in the governing-law clause within the full document. Mandatory consumer-protection rights under Indian law are not excluded or limited by anything in these terms, and you retain those rights in full.
